This week I did athletics training for long jump.
First I learnt how to start off a jump. I needed to jump off one foot and land on 2 feet.
Then I learnt to how to gain momentum by swinging my arms forward and running forward.
Lastly I learned how to land properly I jumped and then landed in a motorbike stance.
I enjoyed landing on the motorbike stance. I need to improve on swinging my arms forward. I did well on jumping off one foot and landing on two.
