Today I was doing poems and rhyming.
Firstly we had to think of feelings to rhyme with.
Then we thought of sentences to go with the rhyming.
Lastly we thought of feelings to rhyme with we ended up showing our poems to the class.

I did a commenting thread.
I made a commenting thread with daniel we used his blog post to comment on.
His blog post was about story time and explaining what type of stories are.
I wrote a greeting to daniel and gave him a motivational text and what I learned.
Daniel wrote the answers for my questions and what he likes.
Lastly I wrote a respectful regard.
Today for PB4L we did positive additude.
Having a positive additude means taking all chances if there is one. It can lead to success in life too.
Then we explained what a positive additude is an used quotes.
Lastly we put the quotes we found on a google slide.
I enjoyed writing the quotes. I did well on finding a quote. I need to improve on explaining what a positive additude is.
Today we revised T-ball skills.
Firstly we practised batting the ball on a tee.
Then we started to run from bases to bases\hoops.
Lastly we had to hit the ball and had to run from back to back before the people put the ball on the tee.
I enjoyed running back to back. I need to improve on hitting the ball.I did well on running from back to back.
I wrote a skit about not showing off.
Firstly I got into a group of three. We had a brainstorming about morals and messages.
Then thought of charaters for the skit. Once we finished thinking of characters. We had written the narrative and a message. Our message was not to show off.
Lastly once you finished collecting all the information you had to start writing the script for the skit.
I enjoyed writing ther narative. I did well on writing the narrative. I need to improve on thinking for morals.
I learned about statistics and we used shooting as a example
First we wrote about how acurrate ls1 can be then we came up with questions. We had a vote on the best question aksed.
Then we had to get all the answers on a spreed sheet. We voted on the hardest one so you had to actually shoot the nerf gun.
Lastly when we finished getting all the information in the spreedsheet we had to write what equipment we needed to finish it off.
I enjoyed asking the questions. I need to improve on talking and asking. I did well on getting the best questions.
We had a conversation about our opinions of processed food.
First my group and I used extended discussion cards for our conversation about processed food.
Then we got the recording set up for our conversation. We had to try mutiple times because some of us were stuttering.
Lastly we wrote our opinions in a google slide and added the conversation link on the slide.
I enjoyed using the extended discussion cards. I need to improve on talking. I did well on recording.
There are many types of poetry. The ones I have been taught are Diamante Haiku Cinquain and Limerick.
Diamante is a poem with a diamond shape. There are 7 lines and 4 words on the top and 3 on the bottom.
Haiku is usally about a moment in time, it has 3 lines and 5 syllables there is no rythm to the poetry.
Cinquain can be about anything 5 lines in the poem and rhyming is optional.
Limerick is about anything that is funny 5 lines and has end rhyme used on each line.
There are many types of poetry.
Adding and subtracting fractions with the same denominator is not that easy. But I learned how to subtract and add fractions with the same denominator, it is like normal adding but just add fractions.
For exmple 2/3 plus 4/3 6/4 which is just adding the nemionator which is bassically just adding normally but just adding a denominator to the equation.
Today I learned VolleyBall skills like digging setting and serving.
First we begined off setting to the other people. Then we had a challenge, the challenge was not to drop the ball on the ground we had to set 10 times.
Then we learned how to under serve. To under serve you need to how the ball with your non dominant hand and bring up your other hand to hit the ball making the ball going to the other person.
Lastly we learned how to dig, dig is when you hit the ball up or to the next person.
I need to improve on setting. I did well on serving. I enjoyed on learning how to dig.
